We are a Cambridge-based family-run business with a combined 25 years of pest management experience servicing both residential and commercial clients in the Waikato region. In 2003 we took over the business from Paul’s parents who had been operating since 1995. During the 8 years that Ralph and Olive Bartlett managed the business they earned the reputation of providing the best service in the areas which they covered. This goodwill has been built on and many clients have remained loyal since the beginning. As a result, we have increased the areas which we service, with many new clients coming through direct referrals. Originally we were part of a nationwide franchise group, however the franchisor sold the brand rights to a large corporate so we made the decision to rebrand to Resicom and continue independently. We are Urban Pest Management certified, and members of the Pest Management Association of New Zealand (PMANZ).”
